The incumbent is expected to be an active member of 供应链 Team and will support the Senior 分包管理器 in delivery of the service.

- Implement and manage subcontract management processes in relation to project and program subcontract management needs

- Engaging with the commercial and legal team to determent applicable flow down requirement for potential subcontracts
- Assist in assessment and down select of subcontractors during pre- “Win 业务” phase utilising relevant Saab process
- Develop project specific 采购 strategies and plans and support with the drafting scope specific subcontracts related RFT suite of documents
- Manage established subcontracts through to completion and close out, including tasks such as organising and attending periodic stakeholder meetings, 报告, 管理合同范围的变化和变更.
