We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 操作的买家 to join our 采购 team. The 操作的买家 will play a crucial role in ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials required for production, 维持最佳库存水平, 与供应商建立牢固的关系.   • Collaborate with production planners and other stakeholders to develop 采购 plans that align with production schedules and inventory targets.
  • 监控原材料和零部件的库存水平, and initiate purchase orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.

供应商管理:

  • Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to assess their capabilities, 可靠性, 和成本效益.
  • 协商定价, 条款, and contracts with suppliers to secure favourable agreements that meet quality and delivery requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • 准确有效地生成采购订单, ensuring all necessary information is included and communicated to suppliers.
  • 监控采购订单的状态, 跟踪交货, and address any discrepancies or delays to minimize production disruptions.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline 采购 processes, 降低成本, and improve efficiency through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions to enhance 采购 operations and optimize inventory management.

合规和风险管理:

  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance, 市场波动, and supply chain disruptions to minimize impact on production and business operations.

资格:

  • Proven experience in 采购, preferably in a manufacturing or electrical assembly environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive cost savings and value-added opportunities.
  • 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and 采购 software tools is preferred.
